Brooke Mueller changes rehab center after privacy breach

Charlie Sheen’s wife is looking to get over her substance abuse so she can be "the best mother" to her children.

Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has left her rehab center at Malibu as they failed to keep her details private.

Mueller is mad at the authorities of the rehab facility and plans to sue them for a “major breach of her privacy,” according to her lawyer.

Sheen's wife pulled out of The Canyon rehabilitation center on Sunday after she learnt that someone from the center had given away her admission form to the media.

With the release of that document, the information regarding her Feb 9. admission into the rehab center, the circumstances under which she opted to enter the facility, and other details pertaining to her substance abuse were all leaked out to the press.

Mueller still combating her problem
However, she is still trying to curb substance abuse and has checked into a new rehab center, which was described as "a private, secure facility" in Los Angeles.

“Brooke was forced to leave The Canyon rehab facility because of the security breach," said her attorney Yale Galanter.

After this unlawful disclosure of Mueller’s details to the media, she feels insecure about seeking therapy at a public facility.

“Brooke no longer feels she can go into a public facility because of the breach of confidentiality The Canyon committed,” said Galanter.

He added that she now plans to file suit against the facility and plans to “have the individual responsible for leaking the information arrested.”

All for her children
Charlie Sheen’s wife is quite aware of her substance abuse problem and is looking to get over it so she can be "the best mother" to her children.

Her lawyer also seems quite charged up on the case. “I am going to make them pay like you can't believe for screwing over my client,” he said, referring to the rehab center. “You can quote me on that.”

Meanwhile, a Los Angeles county social worker went over to Sheen's home on Sunday to watch over his children, revealed the actor’s publicist Stan Rosenfield.

Child protection officials at the Pitkin County, Colorado had asked Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services to check on the family post Sheen’s arrest on charges of domestic violence on Dec. 25 in Aspen, Colorado.

Citing privacy laws, the Agency officials reportedly refused to comment on the officials’ visit to Sheen’s home. But Rosenfield said, “the visit from DCFS was routine and procedural.”
