Simon Cowell is going to marry his new girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy, according to multiple tabloid reports. The 'X Factor' judge is reported to have presented his new love with a huge diamond ring.
TV mogul and his rumored latest flame Mezhgan Hussainy were recently spotted hugging and kissing in public, fueling speculation that they are an item.
Cowell, 50, and make-up artist Hussainy, 36, have reportedly been dating since last summer, but the two were never pictured together until this weekend when reports emerged claiming that Cowell shared his first public kiss with his new lady love during a break in filming for ITV1 talent show Britain's Got Talent.

Now, new reports are popping up saying that Cowell and Hussainy have gotten engaged during a dinner date, where his old flame Jackie St Claire and her husband Carl Michaelson were also present.
Cowell is reported to have popped the question during a romantic dinner at Mr Chow restaurant in Knightsbridge, London on Valentine's night, and his makeup artist girlfriend presumably has happily answered “Yes.”
Music mogul surprised GF
The Mirror reports that Cowell surprised his Afghan-born sweetheart, known as Mish, by proposing her with a bulging sparkler, which she gently wore on her engagement finger.
"Simon may come across as Mr Nasty on screen but he's a big softie at heart. He wanted to do something unexpected and out of character on Valentine's Day and decided to splash out on a ring. Mish was speechless and gave him a huge kiss. He is besotted with her, and she him," the newspaper quoted a source as saying.
Their whirlwind romance
The news of their engagement came six months after the Mirror first revealed they were dating. Cowell first set tongues wagging that romance was on the cards back in August when Mezhgan flew from Los Angeles to attend his 50th birthday party in London.
In the past week, however, things have hotted up notably. Hussainy, who resides in Los Angeles as a make-up artist, met Simon on the set of American Idol.

The brunette make-up artist Hussainy is known for liking older men. She was previously married to a rug salesman, who was 13 years her senior.
Hussainy was about 20 when she wed rug salesman Ahmed Shah Zahiri, in the early 90s. They divorced eight years later.
Cowell’s engagement reports came two years after his claims that he would never get married, and more than a year since he split from girlfriend Terri Seymour.
The so called 'King of Talent TV' has previously insisted that he won't be risking his massive £123 million fortune by getting married.
