Heidi Montag to showcase her new face, body in Playboy

According to Radar Online, an unrecognizable Montag will be posing for Playboy again very soon.

The buxom blond recently admitted to having up to 10 procedures done in one day to beautify herself for the sake of her new career.

Now, the 23-year-old reality star wants to debut her dramatic transformation on Playboy, Radar reports.

"I am doing Playboy again... soon, very soon," she told Radar Online.

"I cannot wait to show off my new assets, I am very excited," she said further revealing that disclosing that photographer Matthew Rolston will be shooting the spread.

This would be Montag’s second Playboy shoot where she will reveal all her skin this time around. In the last shoot for the renowned magazine, she remained quasi-clothed. The word is that the upcoming shoot will feature a shower scene.

The publicity-starved Montag told Radar that her choice to undergo that many procedures was "the best decision of my life."

"All that matters is that I'm happy and I feel great. It's who you are on the inside that really matters. This is just a shell at the end of the day. I just feel blessed to be alive," she continued.

Montag's supposed “enhancements” include a mini brow lift, botox injections, nose job, fat injections to cheeks and lips, chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, ears pinned back, buttocks augmentation, liposuction to waist, thighs and breast augmentation revision.

More plastic surgery?
The plastic-surgery-overhauled Montag told the Web site she still hopes for more changes to come her way, revealing she’s thinking of going under the knife again to have her breasts augmented.

In regards to her plans for more surgeries, Montag exclaimed, "I do want more."

"I would like to get my breasts re-done because I couldn't get them the size I wanted because they couldn't fit," she declared.

Changed chin is her favorite
According to People magazine’s Web site, one of Montag’s preferred changes was done on her face, and transformed chin is her favorite.

"My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," she said at a party Saturday at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub, where they hosted the pre-Valentine’s Day festivities. "And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. … I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

Instead of her much talked about newly cosmetically enhanced physique, Montag said, her husband Spencer Pratt, 26, likes her hair most.

"It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally," he says.
