Heidi Montag's mum reacts badly to her new face

Nearly two weeks ago, the 23-year-old star of "The Hills" told People.com that she is nervous about unveiling her new look to her mother who reportedly is horrified over her surgeries.

More than two months after her dramatic transformation, Montag revealed late last month that she had kept her plastic surgery binge secret from her friends, and even her family.

As planned, Montag headed to Crested Butte, Colorado, where the reality star grew up, to face her mother on camera for an episode of MTV’s “The Hills.” Unfortunately, the daughter-and-mother-union didn’t go as planned.

"I was nervous, but also excited... I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did," Montag told People. "She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak."

"I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't," Montag continued. Spencer Pratt is Montag’s husband and "Hills" co-star.

"She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into," the reality star, whose recently released debut album "Superficial" was a financial flop.

Surgeries done for career
Montag, who still struggles with daily pain, said she wanted to beautify herself for the sake of her new career.

"I wanted to be the most beautiful, inside and out," she said. "It's part of being a pop star."

Montag's supposed “enhancements” include a Mini brow lift, Botox injections, Nose job, Fat injections to cheeks and lips, Chin reduction, Liposuction to her neck, Ears pinned back, Buttocks augmentation, Liposuction to waist, thighs and Breast augmentation revision.
