Los Angeles, November 9 -- U.S. singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex-husband Ojani Noa for using home videos of her having sex in a steamy documentary about their short-lived marriage, according to multiple media reports.

Lopez was married to waiter Noa from 1997 to 1998. The duo had a legally binding agreement that Noa would not release any information about their time together as husband and wife, Contactcmusic.com reports.

Breach of contract lawsuit
Lopez, who is currently married to recording artist Marc Anthony, is now suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy, claiming he used the intimate home videos in his upcoming movie project.

J.Lo has filed the multi-million dollar suit against Noa Friday Nov. 6 at the Los Angeles County Superior Court to stop him from releasing an X-rated film, titled: “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story,” which reportedly contains footage of the couple during their honeymoon.

In her lawsuit, the 40-year-old Hollywood singer/actress claims that the film violates an existing confidentiality agreement between the two. She is seeking $10 million for breach of contract and invasion of privacy.

Noa threats to release X-rated movie
According to celebrity gossip Web site TMZ, citing the lawsuit, Noa plans to release "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa."

The videos depict the 'Jenny From The Block' singer "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from honeymoon," the web site says.
Lopez has placed a cease-and-desist order through her legal team against Noa’s film plans, urging judges to ban Noa from releasing the film and any of the accompanying footage.

Alongside Noa, J.Lo has named another man, Ed Meyer, in her lawsuit, claiming the duo have produced and marketed the film ‘How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story’.
The legal documents also allege that Lopez’s attorney received an e-mail from Meyer in which he claims that he had bought the "exclusive rights" to hours of previously unseen home video footage of the former couple from Noa.

The papers also claim that the attorney also got a letter from a producer working on Noa’s film stating that he had "entered into a contractual agreement" with TMZ for the "exclusive rights to the ... home movies."

Noa laughed off breach of contract claims
In response to Lopez’s cease-and-desist order, Noa claims the film is totally a parody, and therefore, does not breach contractual agreement they signed in 2005.
