After being knocked down, Brad got up, moved his bike to the side of the road and then ran into a nearby apartment building to wait for his ride, TMZ reports

Los Angeles, October 25 -- Mega movie star Brad Pitt was involved in a motorcycle accident Saturday in Los Angeles, according to countless tabloid reports giving different information about the incidence.

While both Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Police Departments confirm that there have been no accidents reported, numerous reports have swarmed the cyberspace claiming that Brad was hit by a paparazzo while riding his motorcycle in L.A.

Photo agency X17online says that Brad fell off his motorcycle after hitting the back of a car in Hollywood, California yesterday morning (Oct. 24).

The agency reports that the heartthrob of millions was cut off by a photographer in a Toyota Camry, causing the “Inglourious Basterds” actor to swerve into another vehicle.

Luckily, Brad was not hurt, thanks to the helmet he was wearing at the time of accident.

No one else was involved
According to gossip Website TMZ, Brad lost control of his vehicle and fell at an intersection on Saturday. The Web site reports that no one else was involved in the accident and the actor fell off the bike while trying to weave in the traffic.

E! News is citing sources saying that it was not exactly an accident, but rather the mirror of Brad’s bike nicked the mirror of an adjacent car, forcing him off his bike.

The bike reportedly wouldn't start after it fell to the ground, so Brad called his security team for a lift. Before leaving the scene, the actor did exchange insurance info with the car he hit.

After being knocked down, Brad got up, moved his bike to the side of the road and then ran into a nearby apartment building to wait for his ride, TMZ reports.

A photographer hit the bike from behind?
Radar Online claims that their reporter witnessed the minor mash-up, stating that a photographer hit Brad's bike from behind, forcing his motorcycle into the rear of the car in front of him.

Some other tabloid reports also claim that a man, believed to be a photographer, was following close behind Brad and actually hit him, causing him to lose balance on his bike. When the man rear-ended Pitt, his bike slammed into the car in front of him, thus throwing him off.

Pitt was most recently seen in "Inglorius Basterds" and his upcoming movies are "Beyond All Boundaries," "The Tree of Life," "Oobermind," and "The Lost City of Z."
