Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer rekindled romance? Supposedly yes!

Jen, 40, and John, 31, who called it quits early this year after dating for several months, seemingly intend to give their relationship another go, the reports say.

Jen and Jon an item again
According to Usmagazine.com, Jen and John have stayed close through their off-and-on affair. In the magazine's latest issue, a source close to Mayer says: "He really got to her, and she's hooked on him - she just can't let go."

The duo recently met up in New York, where Jennifer has been shooting her upcoming movie The Bounty Hunter, the mag reports.

“They are very close. He thinks she's amazing, nice and smart, and he has nothing but respect for her. There's something about John that she just can't resist," a source told Mirror.

Enjoying friendship
According to a People.com report, citing a source close to Mayer, Jen and John have been together again for the past few weeks and that the new couple is simply "enjoying their friendship. They've been talking for a while – they're very friendly."

Another source told the magazine that the two were spotted dining together late last month at New York City's Bowery Hotel. "Jen was there on the arm of John and they were all very lovey. She was in casual clothing as was he, and she seemed very comfortable around his crowd of friends."

Together again for the third time!
It's not the first time Jennifer and John have reunited after a split, but the two have patched things up twice before.

The couple started dating early in 2008 and first called it quits in August that same year, with Mayer explaining the break-up to reporters that he didn't want to "waste somebody's time if something's not right".

They resumed the relationship in October the same year but parted ways again in March this year after walking down the red carpet together at the Oscars this year.
