Los Angeles, September 28 -- Actress Jaime Pressly has tied the knot with her lawyer fiancé, Simran Singh, in an evening ceremony in California on Saturday, Sept. 26, Usmagazine.com has confirmed.
After nearly a two-month long courtship, the "My Name is Earl" star Jaime Pressly and the entertainment lawyer Simran Singh got married in an intimate and romantic ceremony in Malibu at the weekend.
Wedding bells ring for “Earl” star
Pressly 32, and Simran, 30, who became engaged in July, swapped vows in front of family and friends at the Dick Clark Estate in Malibu.
Pressly carried a bouquet of pink and white flowers, and wore a floor-length white Jenny Packham gown with a plunging V-neck, designed by British designer Jenny Packham.
According to Us, the blonde beauty's two-year-old son Dezi, from her previous relationship with DJ Eric Cubiche, was the ring bearer at the Saturday evening’s nuptials.
Her friend Danielle Manschulo, who actually set her up with the show biz lawyer, served as matron of honor.
Pressly finally finds her Mr. Right
The actress recently acknowledged she couldn't wait to marry Simran.
Prior to the ceremony, she told Us she was very excited about her married life with Singh. "I'm looking forward to being a Mrs. I'm very excited to be in a partnership and have some stability that I haven't had before in my life,” the actress told the tabloid.
"It is great to have someone who shares everything with you, to help carry the bags and Dezi and to have somebody who can carry his own weight."
According to NY Daily News, Pressly has previously expressed her desire to find her Mr. Right.
"I'd like to be with somebody who isn't afraid to take care of me – whether they have the same financial means as me or not," she told Redbook magazine early this year.
"What's important is that they realize there are other ways of taking care of me that have [nothing] to do with money. Like cooking me dinner or going to the grocery store or picking up after yourself."
