Los Angeles, July 28: Singer Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers has parted ways with actress girlfriend Camilla Belle after less than a year of dating, a publicist for Camilla confirmed to People magazine on Monday.
Joe Jonas, 19, the middle brother of the popular teen heartthrobs Jonas Brothers, along with 21-year-old Kevin and 16-year-old Nick, met Camilla last year on the set of the Jonas Brothers video "Love Bug" and started dating.
Joe, Camilla part ways
The young rock star had dumped his country singer girlfriend Taylor Swift to be with Camilla. Now, less than a year of romance, the middle member of the popular teen pop-punk band “Jonas Brothers” has decided to end his romantic relationship with the 22-year-old Camilla.
Camilla’s rep Brad Cafarelli confirmed the teen lovebirds’ break up to People magazine, saying: “Yes it’s true,” they have split. “There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends.”
Heartbroken Joe
The buzz is that Joe was reportedly crying during a Jonas Brothers concert in Detroit Sunday night, singing "Much Better," a song he penned after falling in love with the star of the film 10,000 B.C.

The split for Joe Jonas comes just a few weeks after older bro Kevin announced his engagement to girlfriend Danielle Deleasa after two years of dating. Early this month, Kevin, the oldest member of the Jonas Brothers band, surprised his 22-year-old girlfriend by proposing to her at her New Jersey doorstep, dropping down to his knee with the cushion-cut diamond ring designed by Jacob & Co.
As for the youngest Jonas brother Nick, he has reportedly re-kindled romance with “Hanna Montana” fame Miley Cyrus after a brief relationship with another Disney teen star, Selena Gomez.
Joe Jonas and his brothers are currently traveling across the United States as part of their world tour, while Camilla is working on a film called “Father of Invention” with Kevin Spacey. The film is expected to be released sometime next year.
