McGraw-Hill to declare Q3 results on Oct. 20

McGraw-Hill Companies annouced Friday that it will declare its third quarter 2011 results on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011.

The results will be issued through news release before start of trading session at NYSE.

At 8:30 AM Eastern time the same day, Chairman, President and CEO Harold McGraw III, and Jack Callahan, executive vice president and CFO, will host a conference call.

The live webcast of the conference call will be accessible at company's investor relations Web site.

Seperately, last month McGraw-Hill announced that it is splitting into two companies: McGraw-Hill Markets and McGraw-Hill Education.

While McGraw-Hill Markets will focus on capital and commodities markets, and McGraw-Hill Education will deal with education services.
