COL FB: Stanford 48, California 14

Berkeley, Calif. -- Andrew Luck's two touchdown passes and Stepfan Taylor's three scores Saturday fueled No. 8 Stanford's 48-14 pounding of California.

Luck went 16-of-21 for 235 yards and Stanford scored on its first eight possessions in the 113th annual edition of "The Big Game at Memorial Stadium," one of college football's top rivalry contests.

Luck also scrambled for 72 yards and Taylor carried 15 times for 59 yards for the Cardinal (10-1, 7-1 Pac-10).

Anthony Wilkerson picked up 67 yards on 18 carries in Stanford's sixth straight win, its longest streak since the 1991 season.

The Bears (5-6, 3-5) had won seven of the eight previous "Big Games" but were sent packing Saturday. Brock Mansion went 19-of-37 passing for 173 yards and one touchdown in the loss.
