Corn was up 5 1/4 to up 5 1/2, soybeans were up 3 1/2 to up 4 3/4, wheat was off 1 to off 4 1/2 and oats were off 1/2 to off 3/4.
Corn futures rose after the Fed said it would buy $600 billion in long-term Treasury bonds, which pushed the dollar index down 0.43 percent. Wheat prices fell although dry weather in winter wheat growing areas gave wheat futures some support. Soybean prices were rose with selling pressure provided by beneficial rains in Brazil's premier soybean state.

Corn: Dec. 5.81, up 5 1/4; Mar 5.94 1/2, up 5 1/4; May 6.01, up 5 1/4; Jul 6.04 1/4, up 5 1/2.
Soybeans: Nov 12.27 1/2, up 3 3/4; Jan 12.37 1/2, up 3 1/2; Mar 12.44 3/4, up 4 1/4; May 12.46, up 4 3/4.
Wheat: Dec 6.90 1/4, off 4; Mar 7.29 1/2, off 4 1/2; May 7.53, off 2 1/2; Jul 7.64 3/4, off 1.
Oats: Dec 3.61 1/2, off 1/2; Mar 3.73 3/4, off 3/4; May 3.78 3/4, off 3/4; Jul 3.83 3/4, off 3/4.
