Monfils dethrones Ljubicic in Montpellier

The third-seeded Frenchman won his third career title and first since Metz last year.
No. 4 seed Ljubicic had won the Sud de France twice, once last year when it was based in Lyon and in 2001 for his first career title.
Monfils improved to 3-4 lifetime against Ljubicic with the victory.
