Arizona and UCLA were pegged second and third in the the poll that was unveiled at Thursday's annual media day in Los Angeles.
The Huskies return four starters this season, including Pac-10 Freshman of the Year Derrick Williams. Williams averaged 15.7 points and 7.1 rebounds per game last season.
Washington picked up 33 of 35 first-place votes in the poll. The Wildcats and Bruins received one vote apiece.
The predicted order of finish for the rest of the conference was: Arizona State, Washington State, USC, defending champion California, Oregon State, Stanford and Oregon.
