While preserving the main concept of Shakespeare's play, Dejakam said, the story would be presented in a contemporary style and setting and adapted to the Persian culture, the Tehran Times reported Thursday.
"We are trying to perform this play using multimedia and minimalistic styles at the same time," he said. "Although they seem paradoxical at first glance, we will try to achieve a balance between them during the performance."
He said the possibility of staging "Romeo and Juliet" was being discussed.
Dejakam has staged experimental performances of "Caucasian Chalk Circle" and "Blood Wedding" about five years ago.
