MLB: Baltimore 4, Chicago White Sox 2

Chicago -- Matt Wieters had two RBI against Mark Buehrle Wednesday and Brian Matusz gave up just three hits in sending Baltimore to a 4-2 win over the Chicago White Sox.

Matusz (6-12), who has lost only once in his last six starts, held the White Sox scoreless through six innings and allowed a lone run with a single walk and five strikeouts.

Baltimore took a 4-1 lead into the ninth before Koji Uehara allowed an RBI triple by Carlos Quentin. Uehara, however, struck out A.J. Pierzynski as the potential tying run to end the game and collect his second save.

Wieters doubled home a run in the first and had a sacrifice fly in the sixth. Brian Roberts hit a solo homer in the seventh, his third home run of the season.

Buehrle (12-10) gave up four runs on six hits with four walks in seven innings.

Chicago was limited to five hits after having had at least 10 in each of its last 10 games.
