MLB: Houston 5, Milwaukee 0

Milwaukee -- Roy Oswalt won for the first time in a month Wednesday, striking out a season-best nine and leading the Houston Astros to a 5-0 victory over Milwaukee.

Oswalt (3-6) gave up four hits over eight innings, sending Houston to its first win in four tries. He had not recorded a victory since April 23.

Carlos Lee drove in the first run with an infield single in the opening inning and he added an RBI base hit in a two-run third. Hunter Pence scored twice.
Chris Narveson (4-2) was charged with the loss. He allowed four runs on eight hits in four innings.

The Brewers had won their previous two games.
