Isner, the No. 2 seed, dispatched fourth-seeded Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka, 7-5, 7-5, in one semifinal, while third-seeded Querrey made quick work of Serbian Filip Krajinovic, 6-1, 6-2 in the other match.
Isner and Querrey -- doubles team winners at Memphis and doubles finalists in Rome -- have split their two career matches against each other. Isner is looking for his second career title after taking Auckland in January.
Querrey is seeking fourth career title. He downed Isner in the singles championship match of the Memphis tournament in February.
