The eighth-seeded Querrey, who bounced two-time Memphis champ Andy Roddick Friday in the quarterfinals, reached the title match by downing Latvia's Ernests Gulbis 6-3, 6-4.
No. 6 seed Isner gained the final by defeating German Philipp Petzschner 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 in a two-hours-plus match. The win placed Isner in his second ATP final of the year -- he won the Heineken Open this year.
Davis Cup teammates Isner and Querrey -- who is seeking his third career title -- have never faced each other.
