Wall notched 10 rebounds and Cousins yanked down 13 for the Wildcats (23-1, 8-1 SEC), who have posted four straight wins since sustaining their lone loss Jan. 26 to South Carolina.
Kentucky grabbed the lead for good when Patrick Patterson dunked and Cousins sank a bucket to break a 17-17 first-half tie. In the second half, the Wildcats stretched their lead to as many as 14 points when DeAndre Liggins knocked down a trey to make it 42-28.
Tony Mitchell led the Crimson Tide (13-11, 3-7) with 13 points. Alabama also got 11 points and six rebounds from JaMychal Green.
