Charlie Sheen visits seriously ill wife Brooke Mueller

Los Angeles, January 21 -- Seriously sick Brooke Mueller Sheen, the estranged wife of Charlie Sheen, has pneumonia in both lungs and an infection in her kidneys, her mother told People Magazine.

Mueller was admitted to the intensive care unit at Sherman Oaks Hospital on Tuesday night with a 105-degree fever following oral surgery.

Seriously sick Mueller
"Brooke is still in the hospital. She's doing OK but she's not doing great," Brooke’s lawyer Yale Galanter tells E! News. "We thought there was a possibility she was going to be released today, but she's not because she has developed pneumonia in her lungs."

Brooke’s mother Moira Fiore told People that her daughter has pneumonia in both lungs and her kidneys are filled with infection.

"I talked to her doctor, and they are filling Brooke with antibiotics," Fiore told the magazine. "She waited too long to get her impacted wisdom tooth removed and the infection has spread all over. It is in her bloodstream."

Fiore also said that sitcom star and her daughter’s estranged hubby Charlie Sheen has been great about visiting Brooke in ICU.

"Charlie has been to the hospital several times and is very concerned about Brooke," Fiore told People.

A Colorado judge has ordered Mueller, 32, and Sheen, 44, to stay away from each other following Sheen's Christmas Day arrest for allegedly threatening and assaulting her.

The estranged couple reportedly is eager to put the incident behind them, and continue raising their 10-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max, together.

RO suspended temporarily
On Wednesday, a Pitkin County District Court Judge James Boyd temporarily suspended the restraining order imposed after Sheen's domestic violence arrest on Dec. 25. The judge approved Galanter's emergency motion to allow Sheen to visit his wife in the hospital.

"The judge did sign an order allowing Charlie and Brooke to have contact," Galanter said. "The order will read as long as Brooke is in the hospital, Charlie can see her (ehich he’s already done).”

Sheen’s manager, Mark Burg, told the Daily News: "Charlie loves his wife very much and was extremely concerned about her."

"She's the person he loves in life, and he went to the hospital, spoke to the doctors and got reassurance she's going to be okay."

The Sheen-Mueller saga
Sheen, the star of CBS comedy “Two and a Half Men,” was arrested by officers on domestic violence allegations on Christmas day.

The sitcom actor was taken into custody on Christmas morning by officers responding to an emergency call by Mueller from the couple’s house in the ski resort of Aspen, Colorado. Sheen was released at 7 p.m. that same day after posting an $8,500 bond.

Now, both Parties’ reps have confirmed that the two intend to reconcile after their Christmas confrontation.

"They're supposed to go to Aspen to have the temporary restraining order removed. They both want it removed," Burg said.

Galanter also confirmed Mueller's intentions about her relationship with Sheen.

"She wants to reconcile and get on with her life with Charlie and the babies," he said.
