Poles getting 'easy' Ukraine licenses

Authorities said Ukrainian companies are luring Poles with advertisements promising "fast" and "easy" licenses with a "guarantee that you'll pass," Polish Radio reported Wednesday.

The licenses cost about $730 and do not require applicants to speak Ukrainian, pass a written exam or even take a road test.

The Ukrainian licenses can then be exchanged in Poland for local licenses for only $26.
