NBA: Milwaukee 96, Detroit 85

Milwaukee -- Brandon Jennings scored 24 points Saturday, helping the Milwaukee Bucks to a 96-85 win over the Detroit Pistons.

Milwaukee bounced back from a 29-20 first-period deficit with a solid 36-14 third.

Detroit came within 81-77 with 5:56 left, but an 8-2 spurt gave Milwaukee an 89-79 lead and Detroit was done.

Hakim Warrick scored 21 with five rebounds, and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute added seven points with eight rebounds for the Bucks, who were coming off a season-opening 99-86 loss at Philadelphia on Friday.

Ben Gordon led Detroit with 26 points, three assists and three steals.

Rodney Stuckey had 13 points and eight rebounds, while Tayshaun Prince and former Buck Charlie Villanueva scored 12 points each for the Pistons, who have started the season with two losses in three games.
