Arnold irked at Maria's drive-and-dial

Los Angeles -- California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger says his wife Maria Shriver has some explaining to do after photos of her on her cell phone while driving appeared online.

Schwarzenegger himself signed a 2008 law that makes it illegal to be on the phone while behind the wheel, as it appears Shriver was in the images posted by TMZ.com and SplashNews.com.

The governor took to Twitter late Tuesday to announce that Shriver was in Dutch over her apparent law breaking on the streets of Brentwood, KTLA-TV in Los Angeles said.

"Thanks for bringing her violation to my attention." Schwarzenegger wrote. "There's going to be swift action."
