Sprint Cup announces race date changes

Daytona Beach, Fla. -- Sprint Cup race dates in Delaware, Arizona, North Carolina and Texas have been juggled for the 2010 season.

The Autism Speaks 400 at Dover, Del., moves to May 16, one week before the Coca-Cola 600.

The All-Star Race at Charlotte will take place May 22 in Concord, N.C., and the Coca-Cola 600, the Sprint Cup's longest race yearly, takes place May 29, the day before Memorial Day, also at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord.
Qualifying for the season-opening Daytona 500 will be held Feb. 6, the same day of the Budweiser Shootout at Daytona Beach, Fla.

The Samsung 500 at Fort Worth, Texas, will be April 10, swapping places by one week with the Subway Fresh Fit 500 at Phoenix.
Previously, the Texas race was first in April.

The 36-race Sprint Cup schedule ends Nov. 21 at Florida's Homestead-Miami Speedway.
