Fashion designer takes on city officials over fence laws

The man behind the Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier clothing lines has been told he has to cut down his fence in accordance with height laws, but he is defiant.

In a lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Thursday (03Sep09) and obtained by TMZ.com, angry Audigier claims other houses in the neighbourhood have tall fences.
