MLB: N.Y. Yankees 6, Toronto 4

Toronto -- Melky Cabrera's two RBI Saturday paced the New York Yankees to a 6-4 win over Toronto.

He drove in runs with singles in the second and ninth innings.

Robinson Cano and Mark Teixeira hit solo homers. Alex Rodriguez and Jorge Posada each added an RBI.

Cano finished with three hits for the Yankees, who have won eight of nine.

Winner Andy Pettitte (13-6) allowed four runs and four hits in six innings. Phil Hughes earned his third save, striking out three of the
four batters he faced.

Toronto's Randy Ruiz hit a solo homer. Two other Blue Jays also had one RBI, and a run scored on Jeter's sixth-inning throwing error.

The losing pitcher was starter Brett Cecil (6-4).

Toronto has lost eight of its last 10 games.
