Ginepri victorious in Indianapolis tennis

Indianapolis, July 26: Robby Ginepri beat fellow American Sam Querrey in straight sets Sunday and won the Indianapolis Tennis Championships for the second time.

Ginepri cruised to a 6-2, 6-4 decision over Querrey in just over an hour. It was the first time the two players met in a match on the ATP Tour.

The title was the 26-year-old Ginepri's third on the tour.

Entering the tournament, Ginepri was ranked No. 95 in the world.

"This tournament is very special for me," Ginepri said. "Having won twice here is an amazing feeling. When I won here in 2005 I was about in the same position, around No. 100. This one has to be more special, as I really never expected it."
