San Francisco scored a pair of runs in the third to take a 2-0 lead. Rowand, who had two hits and scored twice in the contest, led off with a triple.
Winn's infield single put runners at the corners. After Pablo Sandoval walked to load the bases, Travis Ishikawa grounded into a potential double play, but Elvis Andus' bad throw allowed Rowand and Winn to race home.
