Atlanta -- Jason Marquis pitched eight innings and Chris Iannetta had two hits and an RBI Monday to help Colorado post a 5-1 victory over Atlanta.

Marquis (5-3) allowed only one run, five hits and three walks. Huston Street pitched the final inning to seal the win.

Dexter Fowler had a double and an RBI for the Rockies. Todd Helton had an RBI and scored once, but was 0-for-4 and remained a hit shy of 2,000 for his career.

Losing pitcher Derek Lowe (5-2) gave up only only two runs on three hits and a walk in eight innings. Chipper Jones went 1-for-3 with a walk for Atlanta. The Braves lost for the 11th time in their last 14 home games.
